About the project (provided by the applicant) Villa Mamey is a project aimed at expressing the unique style and approach of the Mamey family of artists and architects. The main values of the project are uniqueness, a strongly articulated volumetric design, and an artistic architectural expression that references Art Nouveau while transcending traditional genres. The design emphasizes ergonomics and clarity in spatial planning.
The goal of the project was to preserve the distinctive style originally established by architect T.M. Mamey in the late 20th century and integrate it with modern constructive solutions. The design employs a post-and-beam system with lightweight expanded clay concrete infill and a roof structure made of bent timber. The project also incorporates a smart home system and advanced technological solutions.
