About the project
The apartment we had to work with a relevantly small area of 78 m2, and to a certain extent, it made things rather difficult. Moreover, the apartment hardly had any bearing walls. Thus, we could reconfigure it materially: at the entrance, we designed a lobby with a wardrobe, we united a sitting room, a diner and a kitchen, we provided a guest toiled, and concealed the master bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom premises behind a rolling door. When guests arrive, the roller door can be closed to become one with the kitchen interior, making it seem that it is just some kind of a studio apartment.
All the solutions implemented refer to the loft style, first brought into life in New-York.
