Renovation and readjustment of historical landmarks like the Manor of Georgy Vege in St. Petersburg are essential for preservation of the city’s cultural heritage. Located in the site of the former Ultramarine Factory, which produced the ultramarine pigment in the late 19th through the 20th century.
The manor has immense potential — thanks to its unique history and recognizable architecture, it can be easily readjusted for up-to-date use, which will also help preserve some of the city’s cultural heritage. According to this proposal, the manor can become an entertainment center that will attract the citizens and become a place for creative activities that will welcome people of all ages.
