About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Marina Hill House is my vision of a modern beachside retreat, designed to blend seamlessly with its coastal surroundings while showcasing innovative architectural techniques. Situated on a hillside, the house offers panoramic ocean views, which are fully embraced through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The multi-level design features a rooftop terrace, a private sanctuary perfect for enjoying sea breezes and sunsets. Outdoor areas include a sleek infinity pool, generous decks, and comfortable lounges, making it ideal for relaxation and entertainment.

Inside, an open-plan layout ensures flow and connectivity, with every space thoughtfully designed for functionality and comfort. The use of concrete, glass, and steel complements the modern aesthetic while ensuring durability in a coastal setting. The Marina Hill House stands as a luxurious escape, embodying contemporary coastal living.
