Point development preserves existing trees, while vertical towers form a silhouette reminiscent of forest trunks. Diverse facade treatments impart plasticity and individuality to the ensemble: the "pine," "cone," and "birch" buildings establish distinct quarters with a compelling visual identity. Building heights are meticulously calibrated to account for solar orientation and preserve view corridors toward the forest massif. A central pedestrian promenade connects the business zone and the urban boulevard, flanked by commercial venues and richly landscaped spaces.
