Marva Residential Building

Category: Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate

Marva explores the relationship between human, form, material, and time through architecture as a process of discovery and reflection. Its geometry is conceived as a language, where curves, breaks, and softened edges invite interaction and experience. The metal façade emerges from the project’s intent, shaping light, shadow, and a sense of presence rather than mere appearance. Through BIM, every detail was developed and tested before construction, allowing the architecture to reach maturity before entering the site.
