About the project
The project was curated by reviewer Anna Martovitskaya, who explored cases of classical material use – concrete, brick, wood, and stone – in the contemporary Russian architecture. Panels telling the audience about the use of such materials in the recently built units were complemented by remarkable art objects that invited the visitors and touch and appreciate the materials. For pylon benches were specially made for this project, and as soon as ARCH Moscow exhibition closes, they will be transported to the Museum of Arts and Crafts to be added to their collection.
