About the project
Overlooking the sea of Bombinhas, Maximus House was designed for a business family as a beach house for vacations and rest, the couple has two adult children and a grandson.
The materiality is defined by natural elements, such as wood, concrete and stone, the use of glass ensures greater permeability between the external and the internal, enhancing the natural beauty of the place, with the form being defined by the horizontality of the project.
The natural slope of the land was not only respected but incorporated into the project, adding to the natural vegetation that makes up the backyard with a large infinity pool.
In the basement, we have spaces for speedboats and boats with a minimum of pillars. Part of the frames are articulated, allowing a greater view of the sea; in total there will be seven suites, two living areas, one main and one intimate, two kitchens, and two outdoor gourmet areas, spread over 1,126.74 m².

Applicant and authors of the project
EZE Arquitetura e Engenharia LTDA is located in Bombinhas, Santa Catarina, Brazil, in one of the most beautiful cities in the country with 39 beaches. Office was founded in 2017 by founding partner Ezequiel Nomi da Silva with the purpose of promoting to our clients the best of modern and contemporary architecture, following the principles of beauty, stability and economically viable in all our projects. Today, together with his partner Gilson Zimmermann, the project team has six more architects.
