About the project
The project's challenge was to overcome the large unevenness of the land to accommodate the program, which was divided into two overlapping blocks. The intimate, at the highest level and the social / services block, at the lowest level, separated into two accesses, the main one through the ramp and the services access, demarcated by the support gable of the upper block. Both were directed towards the contemplation of the native forest and the local lake. The materials used are basically apparent concrete, stone and wood, elements that in essence reinforce the integration with nature.
