Medved ("Bear") legendary bar
The recreation of the legendary Medved (“Bear”) bar became a special and inspiring task for us. We retained the bar’s historic location in order to preserve the spirit of the original, while completely renewing the interior to meet contemporary standards of comfort and aesthetics.
Drawing inspiration from surviving old black-and-white photographs, we sought to transfer the atmosphere of past years into the new design. These images helped us sense the mood and character of that era, which found reflection in the details of the interior.
