The memorial to Anatoly Koni, who was a layer, a literary artist, and a forensic orator is located in St. Petersburg.

The basement of the memorial is made of Baltika granite, which was also used to finish the pedestal of the Russian National Library. It is 2.8 meters high, and the overall height of the memorial is 6.5 meters.
