About the project
On November 2022 the memorial to dramatist Alexander Volodin was opened in the Matveyevsky Garden (St. Petersburg).
The dramatist was born in Minsk in 1919, but from 1949 his life was connected to Leningrad, or St. Petersburg. In 1955, he issued his first play — The Factory Girl. In the 1960s, he made his first movie scenarios. He was awarded the Living Legend of St. Petersburg title.
