The memorial features Konstantin Ushinsky and a young female teacher sitting on a bench and talking.
Ten steps in the back of the bench represent the grades of today’s school. As many students leave school after the 9th grade, it seems to drop off. The laconic contemporary bench is harmoniously connected with the wreathy back of the bench seated by Ushinsky, and this represents the continuity of generations of teachers.
