About the project
The cultural center is constituted as a recreational, cultural and commercial complex, which complements and rehabilitates the activity in the Milla sector (mixed sector) in this way the sector manages to increase its tourist, recreational and commercial offer. The cultural center dialogues with the public space, transforming itself into a building that allows the communication of the user with its environment, in this way the project manages to generate a unique dynamic in the sector.
