"Metamorphoses"
The concept of the object is based on the blossoming of lilac. The structure crowns the syringarium of the Botanical Garden, so the idea of the project was born from this inflorescence. We noticed a curious detail: an unopened inflorescence has a strict, harmonious structure, but when the flowers open — chaos arises. Yet both the buds and the opened inflorescence are harmonious in their own way. Thus, harmony can reside both in order and in chaos.
The object visually illustrates this idea. The composition of the gazebo is active dynamics, in which the form develops from a gathered, laconic edge towards chaos and disorder. Two opposing systems exist within a single object, not conflicting but complementing each other.
The gazebo fulfils different roles: it provides places for rest, serves as an object for photo sessions, and becomes a symbol of the territory.
