About the project
The project intends to establish a joint venue for interuniversity networking, a comfortable urban space and a green leisure zone. The Maslyanny Channel is to be recovered, the Rope Workshop of the Red Nailer Plant is to be restored and rearranged, the 22/23 and 24/25 Lines are to be extended with pedestrian premises, a multifunctional between them, and a linear park along the Channel.
The author was inspired with the historical center of the city, its developments with courtyards. The multifunctional venue will comprise 5 independent buildings, and a square with an urban garden.
