About the project
This is a project of a multifunctional public space where art plays the main role. The building is divided into several blocks, which ensures segregation of functions, free movement and convenient access for visitors. The designer wanted the art function to prevail, and auxiliary volumes to fall in line with the central one, used to erect the building.
