About the project Iran is a country with thousands of years of architectural history. In the past years, the commercial and profitable aspect of building construction in Iran has caused people's social vision and architectural culture to change and have a wrong view of a building.
Preservation of architectural heritage and culture is the most important issue for a country, therefore, in order to create transformation and preserve the tradition and culture of Iranian architecture, we are trying to show people that it is still possible to build a good house by preserving our traditions and culture.
Mian Khana is a project with introspection capability that the audience can choose according to their own mood and choice. The designer has tried to give a suitable answer by considering the concepts of Iranian architecture and preserving them, in addition to looking at the architectural pattern of Isfahan houses.
Applicant and author of the project
Amirhossein Keykhosravi, graduated with a bachelor's degree in architecture from the National University of Iran. Winner and ranked in eight national competitions in Iran.
