The area is characterized by a blend of architectural styles, with buildings dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as the 1970s. The apartment is located in the Central Committee building, which was originally designated for renowned artists, musicians, writers and theater professionals. The design project reinterprets the style of the 1970s with a modern twist.
