This proposal covers a mid-rise residential house based on the CLT panel technology. This method is the most eco-friendly and cost-effective one. There will be public areas at Level 1 and in the roof with a recreation zone and a workout area. Moreover, there will be a closet available to all the residents. All in all, the house will comprise 20 apartments with different area, from 2 to 4 bedroom ones. The target audience are families with children, and that’s why there is also a playground and a sports ground in the design site.
