About the project (provided by the applicant):
The architectural concept envisions a 250 m² minimalist residence for a young family, located amongst scenic landscape in the suburbs of St. Petersburg.
With the rise of remote work, dedicated workspaces have become a common thing. The project features a separate, single-storey office designed with two individual workspaces for the couple.
Positioned in the corner of the plot, the office is deliberately detached from the main house.
