MIR residential complex
The residential complex by RBI has completed the existing ensemble of the square at the historic Feodorovsky Cathedral. The unusual architectural concept of the project in the Neo-Russian style was created for RBI by architect Evgeny Gerasimov: red-brick façades, arches, half-columns, and light decorative elements echo the historic surroundings and form an integral architectural image.
The design of the lobbies was carried out by the bureau of Oleg Klodt, while the public spaces were adorned with original works by well-known contemporary artists and designers — Andrey Remnev, Zlata Kornilova, and Svetlana Levadnaya. The building contains 263 apartments in two blocks, including apartments with spacious terraces and views of the Feodorovsky Cathedral and the historic centre. Residents are provided with their own fitness centre.
The private courtyard is organised as a green square with places for rest and meetings, an amphitheatre, and a children’s playground. Nearby is a built-in municipal kindergarten for 60 places.

About the Applicant
The specialized developer is part of the RBI Group, which was founded in 1993 and over 33 years has completed 84 projects, constructing more than 2 million sq. m of real estate in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region.
