Momenty.Repino is a business- and premium-class suburban residential complex located in the village of Leninskoye, Vyborgsky District, Leningrad Region, on the picturesque Karelian Isthmus. The project sets a new standard for living in nature, set within a unique natural frame in the heart of two nature reserves: Haapala and Lammin-Suo.
Situated on the banks of the Sestra River, the complex is just 12 minutes from the Gulf of Finland and approximately 45 minutes from the historic center of St. Petersburg. Spanning 47.5 hectares, it creates a fully formed, low-density suburban district where 70% of the area is dedicated to landscaping, public spaces, and infrastructure, with residential buildings occupying only 30%.
The key advantage of Momenty.Repino is its developed infrastructure. The project features a kindergarten and primary school, a restaurant, sports grounds, walking trails, a beach, a waterfront promenade, and the ICE CUBE multifunctional complex complete with an art gallery, a year-round swimming pool, and panoramic decks.
