It is overall transparency that does the trick. Beside the facades, many interior elements are made of glass, including the railings of the stairs and the partitions in the conference rooms. Because of those, the sun beams refract in fascinating ways and make the interiors alive and vivid.
By the way, the key highlight within is not an architectural element but a real tree, a Shady Lady, or a black olive tree brought from the Netherlands.
