About the project
The main objective was keeping the spirit of the place and preserving the nature within the big city. That is why the building is not just an independent facility — it is a landscaping element integrated with nature. Its exterior features a softscaped hill, smoothly rising from out of the ground and inviting people to walk both in the park surrounding it and the building itself. Triangular elements protruding from the hill resemble petals of a blooming flower. There is a pond on the top of the hill, and all the interior premises of the building surround the central lounge.
