The hotel development is located in the new tourist village of the year-round ski resort. It comprises cheap and luxury blocks, as well as a restaurant near the ski trail.
Integrating the project into the challenging terrain was tricky but successful. Use of natural materials contributes to the synergy of architecture and nature. Cut stone with rough texture organically fits into the existing mountain scene, and extensive stained-glass windows offer magnificent views of the surrounding grounds. Warm-colored wood elements used for interiors and the facade create an atmosphere of cosiness. At the same time, the hotel and its auxiliary buildings refer to a stone fortress, to some ancient megalithic buildings, and to the traditions of the North Caucasian architecture.
