The project is designed in the spirit of contemporary organic architecture, with an emphasis on fluid forms and visual lightness. The tower composition, consisting of two asymmetrical volumes united by a common stylobate level, forms a striking architectural silhouette that is easily legible within the urban panorama. The facade solution relies on a rhythmic alternation of glass curtain walls, creating an effect of continuity and airy weightlessness. The building is seamlessly integrated into the prestigious residential fabric of Mosfilmovskaya Street, which is characterized by low-density development and high landscape potential. Situated on an elevated site, the complex maximizes panoramic views of prominent natural and urban landmarks — the Vorobyovy Gory (Sparrow Hills), Moscow State University (MSU), and the city center.
