This proposal shapes the space within the district and stands out against the residential development of the recent decades. It looks like a quite typical contemporary administrative building but its square layout is unique thanks to the scale and rhythm added by geared pieces and ledgments. Connected to the blank firewall of the neighboring building with a 6-storey piece, the 8-storey ones becomes a highlight. The stained-glass facade features light colors and has some solid elements to ensure the play of light and shadow.
