About the project
The complex is designed in the ex industrial site. It will be a new point of attraction within the district and promote social communications between the locals. The architecture and composition concept was inspired by Genius Loci of this place and reimagined with the contemporary technologies. The look of the building is quite technocratic, which is enhanced by the metal structures installed. This building with a flexible layout can be used in a variety of fashions.
