This place had to be an attractive place for living, working, and resting, The layout of this old district of the city with its secluded developments with courtyards and gardens was followed in design. Residential developments that overlook the embankment have open yards for better scenic views and have access to water. The walking boulevard runs across the district — it ends at the multifunctional complex, which comprises several structural volumes with different functions. The cylinder of this building is its centerpiece.
