About the project
The designed multifunctional complex is located at the premises of the ex Okhtinsky Gunpowder Works in the Krasnogvardeysky District of St. Petersburg. Adjustment and reconstruction of these historical buildings will contribute to gentrification of the city’s industrial premises.
