Project
Multifunctional cultural center on a residential bridge

About the project
A residential bridge is a facility that besides a transport and a pedestrian corridor works as a public or dwelling building. This project offers a vertically zoned model, with one of the layers totally closed off to vehicles, the ground level comprising various leisure facilities, and intermediate layers provided with many functions to accompany pedestrian traffic. The bridge under design is located within a St. Petersburg landmark, a center of attraction that needs pedestrian connection. Bridges are the city’s carte-de-visite, and this project supports that tradition.
