About the project
Designed at the embankment slope of the Poluy River in the proximity of the old district, the building will be connected with the urban beach and the northern section of the city.
The highlight of the center is the hotel with its pitched roof finished by burgundy CLT panels and decorated with carved wooden elements. The hotel stands in contrast to the center in general which is designed in compliance with the architectural traditions of the North.
