The building has two primary functions: a shopping mall and an aparthotel, and its design emphasizes this distinction through the division into the ground floor and the upper levels.
On the ground floor, the shopping mall features a food court area, a hotel reception, and a congress hall. The aparthotel occupies most of the building, offering 418 rooms of varying comfort across six floors. It includes a congress hall for 300 guests and a spa complex with an open terrace and mini-pool atop the ground floor. The suites boast spacious terraces, while all other rooms are equipped with balconies that offer panoramic views of the city and the sea.
The facade design, blending straight and curved lines, as well as terraced levels, gives the building a sense of fluidity and movement. The main facade is clad in natural stone.
