In 2019, Heritage Restoration Company LLC (OOO RSK "Nasledie") completed the design documentation for the preservation of the federally listed cultural heritage site “House where Nikolai Gavrilovich Chernyshevsky was born in 1828 (Housing the N. G. Chernyshevsky Memorial Museum).”

By 2025, the firm successfully concluded the comprehensive restoration of the landmark—encompassing the exterior facades, historic interiors, roof structures, updated engineering and MEP systems, and extensive landscape grounds improvement.
