About the project (provided by the applicant):
The proposal includes a museum building and an archeological park where open-pit archaeological excavations will be possible. The design site is of importance and offers unique opportunities for analysis and demonstration of discovered items and objects right where they have been found.
Visuals of the museum feature the components that highlight the age of the artifacts discovered but also celebrate the up-to-art architectural aesthetics. The material palette comprises natural materials, which helps with integration of the museum building into the surrounding landscape. The contours of the main building were inspired with the dwellings of ancient people.
