The mission of the project is to improve the infrastructure and social environment of these lands, to help their cities and towns become promising hubs with a special status.
Ivangorod is a unique Russian town on the border with Estonia. The author studied the subject thoroughly and discovered that their development can result in influx of people. Despite the today’s vector of political relations, such projects are designed for a long-term perspective. This proposal is about conurbation for Narva (Estonia) and Ivangorod (Russia) that will promote their growth and improvement.
