About the project
The site of the Naryshkins Mansion Razdolye of 12.3 hectares large is located 240 km away from Saratov and 30 km away from Balashov, at the Hopyor River. This unique listed historical and cultural building is one of the few that survived till our days.

The premises of this complex lie in the woods and have direct access to the river. Its terrain offers perfect conditions for recreation infrastructure development. Today, the complex is a part of the Pady Resort and includes several facilities: the House with mezzanine, the House of V. Naryshkin, and the annex for the steward.

The project provided for creation of special public spaces, including a museum (proposed for location in the former House with mezzanine), workshops (in the annex for the steward), and a restaurant with a sight-seeing platform in the House of Naryshkin.
