The project aims to revitalize the central part of the district: on the site of dilapidated residential buildings, originally built for the workers of the Tire Plant, new Neo-Classical style residences will rise. Their design is conceived as a bridge between eras — seamlessly integrating contemporary architecture into the context of surviving 20th-century buildings and the regular 18th-century layout that forms the core of the historic center.
The concept is built on a dialogue between past and future: while preserving the continuity of architectural traditions, the project simultaneously creates conditions for the area's development. In this way, the project not only addresses the housing issue but also fosters a cohesive, balanced urban environment where historical memory naturally coexists with the modern needs of residents.
