When developing the building's concept, the architects proceeded from the need to ensure easy replacement and adaptation of its components. For this reason, the complex was designed as a system of modules, resembling a spacecraft.

The triangular shape of the tower visually makes the building appear slender and more elegant from most angles. The 45° sloped roof perfectly accommodates the logo of the "Roscosmos" State Corporation, which is beautifully visible from many points across Moscow.

The spire is one of the concept's most interesting details. At its tip, more than a dozen ultra-powerful spotlights are compactly arranged to project a powerful beam. In the evening, when the illumination turns on, a bright circular flash appears at the very top. This mirrors what a viewer sees on a monitor during a live broadcast of a launch from a cosmodrome.

The concept was not just about the "nose" of the rocket. To make the analogy unmistakably clear, the technical floor was styled as a rocket stage separation belt. The result is a powerful and enduring image.
