About the project
Nautilus is a residential business-class development standing in a place with unique terrain – at the bank of the Matisov Channel, close to the Yuzhny Primorsky Park and the Gulf of Finland. This low-rise development, so untypical for a modern metropolis, is easily accessible by transport and has all the necessary amenities within a 5-minutes’ walk distance.

The complex comprises four five-storeyed buildings with green yards closed off to vehicles.

Landscaping solutions of the yards are inspired by the steampunk style, referring to industrialization of the 19thcentury: all the inventions, marine navigation, and new discoveries. Nautilus development has its own heart – an original street clock featuring a mechanical heart with gears, tubes, and valves. The clock square will be located at the walking boulevard passing through the entire complex towards the Matisov Channel.
