The residential complex is situated in a location often deemed unsuitable for living. We managed to challenge this perception by creating a comfortable and harmonious environment.
Proximity to nature defined the architectural concept: the façades feature natural tones and materials—clinker and decorative plaster. The landscaping is rooted in Northern folklore, featuring five spirits: Bereginya, the Wave-Rusalka, Chur-the-Guardian, Lesovik, and Iskorka. Small, "intimate" art objects foster a warm atmosphere and a sense of care for the space.
The project presented a significant challenge: weak infrastructure, a lack of urban context, and a limited budget required a specialized approach. The team succeeded in optimizing resources to create a well-appointed area where it is genuinely comfortable to live.
The core idea was to achieve "the maximum from the minimum." We implemented high-quality greenery and recreation zones, while the nearby river adds scenic walking routes to the project's layout.
