In developing the building's architecture, we implemented a solution that ensures optimal conditions for a reduced construction volume during the initial phases of the settlement's development, thereby minimizing the developer's capital expenditure. The first stage involves erecting the structural frame with embedded elements alongside a unified two-story facade. Initially, however, only a third of the planned interior spaces will be built, with the remaining area temporarily serving as an outdoor community center terrace and an open-air sports ground.

The heart of the cottage settlement is the entrance hub, which functions as a sales office during construction and will subsequently consolidate key resident amenities: the security checkpoint, community center, coffee shop, and bakery.

Architectural motifs rooted in Armenian traditions are subtly integrated: arched elements and natural travertine establish a tangible connection to local heritage. The open second-floor terrace offers striking panoramic views of the mountain ranges.
