The project, currently in development, centers around the concept of fostering strong neighborly ties. The village of Kachkanar, situated near the city, embodies the spirit of a close-knit community, where residents live like one big family, always ready to lend a helping hand and maintain relationships that have been nurtured over time. The library’s design draws inspiration from the warmth and hospitality of a family home. Its symbol is a key, as they used to be left under the doormat for neighbors. Each area of the library is envisioned as a room: an entryway, a grandfather's room (the adult section), dad’s office (a space with personal computers), a children's room (children's section), a living room (for events), and a kitchen (for gatherings and workshops). Throughout the space, books fill every corner, creating an inviting atmosphere of warmth, friendliness, and community.
