Nevskaya Basilica is a multi-format developer with over 16 years of experience, recognized as a reliable leader in the countryside real estate market. The company focuses on creating comfortable and safe settlements with associated infrastructure, offering residents an active lifestyle and fostering strong social connections among them.
The core goal of the project was to design a comfortable, functional office that prioritizes employee well-being while reflecting the company’s corporate style and specialization. The design also had to balance practicality with effective space zoning.
The high ceilings allowed for the incorporation of a mezzanine floor, maximizing the limited space. The architects aimed to create an interior that mirrors the company’s identity.
