About the project
The Novoye Gorelovo Promenade is a pedestrian alley, a future highlight of the entire residential development for 12 thous. people under construction. It will comprise squares, green recreation sites, and public spaces for active and passive leisure. At the squares, theatrical and musical performances will take place, and films will be played. Residents of Novoye Gorelovo will enjoy sitting at the benches in the green zone and listening to the whispering fountains. Besides familiar street lamps, the alley will be provided with multilevel lighting. The alley will be 459 meters long and finished with natural stone (granite) and wood.
At the promenade, multiple amenities will be located: an entrance arch, a decorative pool with a fountain and an inscription, landscape isles with benches and shelters, fast food premises, children’s playgrounds, a scene, tribunes, art objects and green sites with lilac, rowan trees, firs, sweet briar, and juniper.
