About the project
The project of this 300 m2 large house was developed and implemented in 2019. The basics of the project feature reserved brutality and elegance of Deconstructionism. The building is one-storeyed, monolith with flat roof and concealed drainpipes, standing on a solid plate. The interior is also contemporary style.

The building was initially constructed for sale. Total construction and land expenses came to 21 mln rubles, and thanks to aesthetic properties of the house, it was sold for 27.5 mln. It rated TOP-5 of the most modern country houses built in 2019 according to RBC Realty.
