Newmon Residents is a project by Safronova Project studio, rooted in the seamless integration of a residential complex and a boutique hotel within a unified architectural framework. The project's overarching concept fosters an environment where residential privacy converges with the refined service and ambiance of a luxury hospitality setting.

The architecture is conceived in a contemporary idiom: facades featuring expansive panoramic windows and large-format porcelain stoneware panels articulate a striking, minimalist aesthetic while framing sweeping views and flooding the interiors with natural light.
