About the project
Working on the project, the authors had to deal with the strategic master layout of the city, establishing the limits for extensional development. The district was designed for up to 7 storeys with several altitude dominants of 17 to 26 storeys.
The façade of the district is a bright solution, featuring unique brand style in the combination of vertically united windows and varying horizontal rhythms over a joint modular net. Embedded and protruding pieces present a game of light and shade. Dark bricks with light plastering make the façade look gentle, and the ornamental masonry combined with classic brick shades throughout the district make it cozy and diverse.
