About the Project
Next is a business class apartment hotel located in a prestigious quarter, in the historical part of Vasilievsky Island, within walking distance from two metro stations.
It comprises three 11-storeyed buildings featuring eclectic architecture and stained-glass windows. The buildings are united by a common ground floor, which houses residential and business spaces: a central lobby and a reception area, a fitness club, an art gallery, a restaurant, a bakery, a beauty salon, and a co-working office. Residents and guests of the apartment hotel have access to the whole range of 4* hotel services, a fenced landscaped inner territory, an underground parking, and a guest parking, too. The project will accommodate as many as 432 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom options. The upper floors offer stunning views of the Gulf of Finland and the city centre.
